Invest in fold away essentials<\/strong><\/p>\n

A travel cot is perfect as it can be stored away out of sight when not in use. Your property is likely to appeal to people without children as well, so bear their needs in mind by storing kiddie equipment out of sight.<\/p>\n

Another essential fold away item is a highchair. Consider whether you would need one, or more, highchairs and cots – this will depend on how many children your property can accommodate. Don\u2019t try to squeeze in more than you are able to.<\/p>\n

You can also get foldaway baths for babies so think about investing in one of these too. Every single one of these items is an attractive asset for your property when it comes to attracting families.<\/p>\n

To make your holiday let truly family friendly, make sure you provide plastic cups, plates, knives, forks and spoons as well. A supply of bibs is another good idea, as is a steriliser. As you can see, a little forethought goes a long way when it comes to providing the ideal holiday rental for a family with babies or toddlers.<\/p>\n
